Here’s the twist—he doesn’t even have a health bar. You just chase him down, watch him panic, and when he finally bursts—BOOM! A loot explosion that drops five random Mythic Uniques, one Resplendent Spark, and a bag containing three Legendary Runes per player.

Here’s where it gets crazy: if you’re running in a party of four, that means 20 Mythics per run. I actually laughed out loud the first time I saw it happen, thinking it had to be a glitch. But nope—it’s completely intended. My group spent an entire evening spamming these, cycling sigils through the Occultist until we got ones that triggered the goblin every time.

If you want to maximise farming speed, I recommend running Oldstone Dungeon. It’s short, predictable, and Fedric tends to spawn in the mid-section every time. By the end of my third run, I was salvaging duplicate Mythics just to farm more sparks and craft new ones. The drop tables are generous enough that you’ll easily fill every slot with ancestral-quality rolls in no time cheap Diablo 4 Items.

I think Blizzard designed this as a “fun mechanic,” but it feels more like an outright celebration of excess. For once, loot isn’t a slow trickle—it’s a storm.
